Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Purchase and Payment Terms
1. Minimum Purchase Requirement: The minimum purchase is one (1) Advert.
2. Payment Schedule: Payments for advertising space are to be made over 12 equal monthly instalments, starting from the date of purchase.
3. Non-Payment or Late Payment:

Failure to make any monthly payment on time will result in the following actions:  
*A late payment fee of 10% of the overdue amount will be applied after a grace period of seven (7) days.
*If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the advert may be removed from the website, and legal proceedings to recover the full outstanding amount may be initiated.
*The advertiser will remain liable for the full amount of the contract, including any fees incurred due to late or missed payments.
4. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once your advert has been accepted and placed in your chosen section of the website.

Image and Content Requirements
1. Image Specifications: Advertisers must provide images in GIF, BMP, or JPEG format. Images must not be animated.
2. Content Ownership: Advertisers must own or have rights to use the images and content provided. Green Planet Advertiser will not be held liable for any copyright violations.
3. Prohibited Content: Obscene, offensive, adult, or illegal content will not be accepted.
4. Content Changes: If the linked site’s content is altered to include prohibited material, the advert will be removed without a refund, and the advertising space will become publicly available again.

Contractual Obligations
1. Contract Duration: The advert will remain live online 24/7 for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
2. Renewal Option: Advertisers will be offered the option to renew their contract for an additional 12 months before the expiry of the initial term.
3. No Ownership Rights: Purchasing advertising space does not confer ownership of any part of the website or advertising section.

Legal Disclaimer
1. No Liability: Green Planet Advertiser is not liable for transactions between advertisers and website visitors or any losses resulting from the advert.
2. Indemnification: Advertisers agree to indemnify Green Planet Advertiser against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their advert or the content provided.
3. External Content: Green Planet Advertiser is not responsible for the content of external websites linked to from adverts.

Breach of Terms
1. Contract Termination:
*Green Planet Advertiser reserves the right to terminate the contract if the advertiser breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, including failure to make payments or providing prohibited content.
*In such cases, the advertiser remains liable for the full amount due under the contract.
2. Recovery of Outstanding Payments:
*Green Planet Advertiser reserves the right to pursue legal action for the recovery of unpaid amounts, including all associated legal costs and interest.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
